SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our processing policy below:
All orders require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Custom or high-demand orders may require additional time.
If unforeseen circumstances cause delays, we will notify you via email with updated processing times.
Peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues may extend processing beyond the estimated timeframe.
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered,” please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue to USPS as we are not liable for any damages incurred during transit.
Shipping Address Errors:
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for any orders returned to us. If your order is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for redelivery and additional shipping cost.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Hair must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original packaging intact. Items cannot be returned if they have been installed, colored, cut, or styled in any way.
All returns will be subject to our approval with a minimum 10% restocking fee, original shipping fee, and returned shipping fee.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
If your order is approved, ship the item back within 3 business days to the address provided via email (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.
